How to Use

Simply swap out your existing Sproos filter cartridge by unscrewing the filter housing, removing the old cartridge, and inserting the new one. No tools required.

Care Instructions

Replace your filter cartridge every 3 months. Depending on your local water quality and sediment buildup, you may need to replace it sooner. If you notice a decrease in water pressure or filtration performance, it's time for a fresh cartridge.

You have 60 days from your purchase date to give us a heads up if you want to return your Sproos! We'll need proof of purchase to start a return. Please reach out to us at hello@sproos.co.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know once the refund is approved. You'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method.
