Return Policy:

You have 60 days from your purchase date to give us a heads up if you want to return your Sproos! We'll need proof of purchase to start a return. Please reach out to us at hello@sproos.co.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know once the refund is approved. You'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method.

For our international peeps, we do not accept returns or exchanges given the cost of shipping and duties. Thank you for your understanding!

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
